We understand that starting a new project can be overwhelming, which is why we created Step 1. It’s designed to help you find the answers you need and give you peace of mind by addressing any questions or concerns you may have about your project.
The cost for Step 1 is between $750 – $2500, and covers our team’s time to coordinate plans, design, engineering, and sub-trades to review your project. We’ll work closely with you to ensure that we have all the necessary information to get started.
Once we’ve established the scope and design, we’ll schedule a job site walk-through with any necessary sub-trades to view the project. This ensures that everyone is on the same page and we can provide you with accurate pricing information.
After the scope and design are complete, along with the site walk-through, we’ll present you with the numbers as a fixed rate or coast plus with a fixed management. We want to ensure that you have all the information you need to make the best decision for your project.
